Return & Exchange Policy for Unique Soil

At Unique Soil, we stand by the quality of our products. All sales are final, and only exchanges are offered on purchases. Below are the details of our return and exchange policy.

Eligibility Criteria: All sales are final. We do not accept returns; only exchanges are offered for purchases under specific conditions.

Manufacturing Defects: If you encounter a product with manufacturing defects, kindly inform us promptly. Email Info@theuniquesoil.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, specifying the issue. We will replace the faulty item with a similar product.

Return Exchange & 7 day Replacement policy:

  • Notification: Notify us via email at Info@theuniquesoil.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods, explaining the manufacturing defect.
  • Verification: Our customer support team will review your case and guide you through the verification process.
  • Replacement: Once the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange for the replacement of the item with a new one of the same product in 7 Days

Logistics Cost: The logistics cost and arrangement for returning the defective item or exchange to our facility will be the customer’s responsibility. In appreciation of your cooperation, we will reimburse the logistics cost. The reimbursement will be processed via your preferred payment gateway within 10 days of receiving the defective item.
